Commencing operations on Australia Day 2007 Marquette Turner is a property consultancy company covering the Australian states of New South Wales and Victoria.Established by Michael Marquette, with a background in medicine and a large retail and wholesale business, and Simon Turner, who spent eight years as an Intelligence Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force and has a Masters Degree in International Law, both bring unique and diverse experiences and talents to the Marquette Turner team.
Christine Watson, the third director and specialist in training and recruitment is joined by Mitchell Hartmann, a Partner and founding member of Marquette Turner. Michael, Simon, Christine and Mitchell are ably supported by a highly qualified team in Sydney, Newcastle, Tamworth and Melbourne.
They are seeking to revolutionise the property industry by offering such an array of services that every client’s need can be catered for. At present they operate businesses that include residential and commercial sales, property and strata management, recruitment, business consulting, finance and training.
They have also pioneered a “Concierge” service which removes every possible stress and concern to a vendor or landlord. This includes luxury product placements such as prestige vehicles, cleaning and delivering fresh flowers for all open for inspections whilst sending the clients on relaxation experiences such as day spa pampering, cruises, lunches and many other tailored occasions.
The emphasis and focus of Marquette Turner is ultimately on satisfying the long-term needs of the client.
Being selective in the clients they work with, they will only ever deal with a handful of clients at any one time. With such a personalised, boutique approach they seek to offer far higher levels of service over a long period of time.
Marquette Turner’s clients will always be looked after by a senior person from the organisation, who have a vested interested in ensuring a measurable and exceptional service is experienced at all times. Thus, their interests are never delegated to a junior person within the company.

Marquette Turner is a strong believer in ongoing training and development, and all team members are supported in furthering themselves personally and professionally. Michael Marquette is currently undertaking his Masters of Business Administration and Simon Turner his PhD. Both studies are ultimately designed to develop and further professionalise the Marquette Turner organisation.
By the end of 2007, Marquette Turner aims to further its services to both Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory to further assist in their strategy of being able to provide services to their client’s and customers regardless of where they may be on the East Coast of Australia.
